摘要 PURPOSE:To improve deceleration air-fuel ratio correcting function, by a method wherein through selection of the maximum one of a deceleration air-fuel ratio correction level, a deceleration negative pressure correction level, and a number of idle revolutions control level, a control amount is set, and the opening of an auxiliary air control valve located in an auxiliary air passage running around a throttle valve is controlled. CONSTITUTION:A set means A-C to set an auxiliary air flow rate of each of a deceleration air-fuel ratio correction level, a deceleration negative pressure correction level, and a number of idle revolutions control fundamental level, respectively. A set means D to set an auxiliary air flow rate, on which feedback control is made, through regulation of the auxiliary air flow rate based on a deviation between the numbers of revolutions during idle running, and a set means E to learn a deviation from a reference value, on which feedback control is made, and set an auxiliary air flow rate, on which learning control is applied, based on the deviation are provided. Outputs from the means C-E are added by a set means F to set a number of idle revolutions control level, the maximum one of outputs from the set means A, B, and F is selected by a selecting means G, and based on the selecting value, a control amount is set by a control means H to control an auxiliary air control valve I.
