PURPOSE:To mount a cutting blade at an accurate position, by making carton transferable only in one direction within a mold die set and fastening the cutting blade to the carton. CONSTITUTION:The carton (a) sent by a drive belt 30 is introduced into a mold die set B0. Whereupon, an F-shaped die set B2 rises, and a lower blade 41 and a metal plate fed guide 45 rise until the upper surface of said guide 45 is brought into contact with the under surface of an upper blade 41 and the leading end of a metal plate P is held between the upper blade 40 and the guide 45. Immediately thereafter, the plate P is cut by the lower blade 41 and the upper blade 40 to form a cutting blade (b) and the die set B2 further rises. The leading end of a piercing punch 49 enters the punching hole 40a of the upper blade 40 of an upper mold die set B1 and, subsequently, the cutting blade (b) is fastened and fixed to the carton (a) positioned and stopped by a stopper pin N within the flat feed hole 43 of the upper mold die set B1 and, at the same time, the stopper pin N rises while the carton (a) equipped with the cutting blade (b) is discharged from the mold die set B0 through a discharge part. |
