PURPOSE:To obtain a laminated sheet having no occurrence of surface wrinkle, by placing continuous metal foils on the upper face and/or the lower face of a continuous resin-impregnated dried base materials of required pieces, heat- pressing and molding them continuously, cooling it through press-cooling rolls below the heat distortion temp. and cutting it in a required dimension. CONSTITUTION:A continuous laminated body 4 prepd. by piling up 3 pieces of continuous epoxy resin-impregnated dried glass cloths 1, placing furthermore continuous copper foils 2 on the upper and lower faces thereof and laminating continuously them by means of laminating rolls 3 is transferred to a double belt roll apparatus 5. The laminated body 4 is continuously heat-pressed, laminated and molded by the apparatus 5. The continuous cured laminated body 4 taken out of the double belt roll apparatus 5 is immediately transferred to two press-cooling rolls 6 and therein cooled below the heat distortion temp. Thereafter, the laminated body 4 is cut by means of a cutter 7 to obtain an epoxy resin laminated sheet 8 wherein the both faces are copper-clad and glass cloths are the base material, thereby obtaining a laminated sheet having no occurrence of surface wrinkle. |
