<p>PURPOSE:To prevent breakage of a sleeve brick by laying upper step block bricks at outer circumference of a cap brick covered on the sleeve brick and repairing eroded part at the outside of the upper step block bricks with monolithic refractory. CONSTITUTION:The cap brick 7 having high strength and high refractoriness is covered on the sleeve brick 2 and the upper step block bricks 4 having high strength and high refractoriness are laid on the outer circumference of the cap brick 7 and the outside of the upper step block bricks 4 is repaired with the monolithic refractory 6. For this purpose, at the time of stamping the monolithic refractory 6, as the sleeve brick 2 is held with the cap brick 7 and the upper step block bricks 4 having each high strength, the breakage does not happened. Further, as the cap brick 7 and the upper step block bricks 4 having each high refractoriness are formed at neighborhood of the sleeve brick 2 exposed with molten steel flow, the erosion is a little.</p> |
