PURPOSE:To hardly generate the state of disconnection and to improve the reliability of the element by forming the element in such a manner that the electrodes provided on color filters are conducted and connected by the laminated color filters. CONSTITUTION:The color filters 2 are formed on a substrate 1 and the electrodes 3 are formed thereon. The filters having electrical conductivity are used as said color filters 2. The electrodes 15 are formed between the color filters 1 and a substrate 11 as well as the filters having electrical conductivity in the thickness direction are used as the color filters 12. The electrodes 13 on the color filters 12 and the electrodes 15 under the color filters 12 are conducted and connected by the color filters 12. Even if, therefore, the electrodes 3, 13 are flawed during handling or are cracked by a temp. change, the electrical conductivity thereof is maintained by the color filters 2, 12 under said electrodes. The state of the disconnected is thereby hardly generated and the reliability of the element is improved. |
