PURPOSE:To obtain a colorless, transparent and light weight lens having high refractive index, low dispersion, high weather resistance, and high shock resistance by using a polyurethane resin obtd. by a reaction of a polyisocyanate contg. S atoms with a polyol contg. S atoms. CONSTITUTION:The title resin for a material of polyurethane lens is obtd. by a reaction of at least one kind of polyisocyanate with at least one kind of polyol each contg. S atoms, wherein said polyisocyanate is an S-contg. aliphatic isocyanate, aromatic isocyanate having sulfide bonds, etc., and said polyol is an aliphatic polyol having a diphenyl sulfide skeleton or an aliphatic polyol having a sulfide bond, etc. Thus, a polyurethane lens having high refractive index, low dispersion, light weight, high weather resistance, and high shock resistance is obtd. |
