PURPOSE:To reduce the total processes, by providing one side of partition plates of a tank inner face with heat-insulation boards for common use, laminated with a water- proof sheet and by setting the water-proof sheet layer in the inside of the tank and by pouring concrete and then disassembling and removing the frames except for the heat-insulation boards after cure of the concrete. CONSTITUTION:A partition plate 2a, an outer one of tank walls between both partition plates 2a, 2b of a heat-accumulation layer 1, is a partition plate for usual concrete but the inner partition plate 2b of the tank walls is used for common use with a heat insulation board 4 to be formed at the inner face of the tank and a water proof sheet layer 5 is laminated as a unit at one side of the heat insulation board and directed to the inside. After frames are set, concrete is poured between both partition plates 2a, 2b, and then the outer partition plate and the other frames are disassembled and removed, the heat insulation board 4 or the partition plate 2b in the inside of the tank after curing, being left as it is. Therefore there is no troublesome works such as transferring of the inner partition plate out of the opening after forming of a control tank wall and forming a heat-insulation layer or a water-proof layer by bringing in a heat-insulating member or a water-proof member through the opening. In this way, the processes of the heat-accumulation tank can be remarkably shortened and also the producing cost can be reduced.
