<p>PURPOSE:To aim at the stabilization of conveyance by holding a stepping motor at a specified angle when a second conveying means conveys a topmost sheet among sheets being pinched on an intermediate tray by a first conveying means. CONSTITUTION:In the event of a double-face or multiple image forming mode, each sheet S formed with an image on one side at a copying part 2 is pinched on an intermediate tray 34 by a turnover roller (a first conveying means) 32 as its tip is shifted by a specified distance each in order. Next, when a topmost sheet S is refed to the copying part 2 by a refeed roller (a second conveying means) 33, a control part outputs a specified exciting signal to a stepping motor driving the turnover roller 32, holding the stepping motor at the specified angle, and it regulates rotation of the turnover roller 32 and prohibits any movement of the sheets other than the topmost sheet. Thus, stable refeed sheet is conveyable.</p> |
