PURPOSE:To store a cylinder in a titled attitude, by pivotally mounting the cylinder to the point end part of an overhung beam to pull the cylinder toward an internal side of the overhung beam. CONSTITUTION:At storage of an outrigger, a jack cylinder 5 is contracted to separate a protrusive part 55 from an engagement hollowed part 34, under this condition an overhung beam 3 is retracted into a fixed box 2 and stored. When the cylinder 5 is contracted, a tooth 54a in the uppermost stage of a rack 54 provided to a cylinder pipe 51 is meshed and adapted from below to a meshing tooth 31a of a pinion 31 in the final contractive period of the cylinder 5, during the stroke from this point of adapted time to completion of contraction of the cylinder 5, the cylinder 5 is turned toward an internal side of the beam 3 by meshing reaction force between the meshed teeth 54a, 31a. |
