PURPOSE:To improve energy density of a nonaqueous lithium secondary battery by after excuting conventional charging with constant current, further excuting constant voltage charging. CONSTITUTION:Following to constant current charging, constant voltage charging is excuted on the range of 2.5 to 3.5V. By excuting the constant voltage charging, the voltage higher than that of the constant current charging can be maintained. Greater energy is, thus, operated to the remaining lithium between the layers to take out the lithium so as to advance the charging. Accordingly, energy density of a nonaqueous lithium-secondary battery is improved. |
