PURPOSE:To correctly, surely and smoothly operate a speed change, by connecting plural slide pipes of different diameter successively in a telescopic state to form a gear shift and selector bar and isolate vibration from a chassis. CONSTITUTION:A link rod 13 of telescope type is constituted by three slide pipes 24, 25, 26 of different diameter successively connected in a telescopic state and ball joints 27, 28, and connected to a bracket of a chassis 90 and gear shift and selector lever 12. Then a stroke of a cab suspension in a truck is absorbed by telescopic action of the pipes 24, 25, 26, while vibration and noise of a driving system or the like transmitted to the gear shift and selector lever via the chassis are also absorbed by the telescopic action. |
