<p>PURPOSE:To stably control a looper adapted to the strip temp. by providing the temp. detecting mean for the strip and its temp. correcting mean and constituting to be enabled automatically absorbing the disturbance caused by the temp. CONSTITUTION:The temp. detector is provided on the inlet side of the rolling stand, the temp. signal obtained through detecting the temp. of the rolled stock 3 by said temp. detector is taken in the looper controller 7 and an arithmetic means 18 to obtain the temp. difference from the temp. signal and target temp. is provided. Further, the temp. correcting means 23 to vary a reference torque signal and rolling speed signal brought out from the looper controller 7 based on the temp. signal of the arithmetic means 18 is added. Therefore, because the correcting circuit is provided based on the temp. of the strip 3 is provided, the correcting circuit is made capable of controlling in the stage of the extreme temp. drop of the strip 3 waiting to enter by the trouble of the finish stand, etc., undoutedly, and even by a minute temp. difference between each strip, further, the tension control by an operating operator becomes needless for the temp., the more stable looper control is made possible.</p> |
