PURPOSE:To reduce cost by corrugating a sheet comprising three layers of a fuel electrode, a solid electrolyte, and an air electrode, and stacking several sheets so that their bottoms or tops coincide each other to form fuel passages and air passages. CONSTITUTION:A sheet comprising three layers of a fuel electrode 32, a solid electrolyte 33, and an air electrode 34 is corrugated, then several corrugated sheets are stacked so that the bottom 36 or top 35 of each sheet coincides each other. The regions surrounded by bottoms 36 or tops 35 are used as fuel passages or air passages. The contact 57 between each air electrode 34 and fuel electrode 32 is formed with a dense material and sealed in airtightness so that fuel gas F and air A do not mix. Interconnectors are eliminated and cost is reduced, and at the same time the partition between the air A and the fuel gas F is ensured. |
