PURPOSE:To continuously carry out transfer, treatment and recovery by connecting a material inserting chamber and a material taking-out chamber with the upper and lower axial ends of a hermetic high temp. and high pressure treatment chamber respectively via opening and shutting valves, and communicating each chamber mutually, controlling the inner pressure. CONSTITUTION:The cylindrical high temp. and high pressure treatment chamber 1 of hermetic structure isolated from the outside is covered the heating furnace 6 consisting of vertically divided two halves, and is communicated with a pressurized pressure medium pipe line A provided with a compressor 11, a pressure accumulator 15 and a pressure reduction valve 16 to treat a material 10c to be treated with high temp. and high pressure under the condition of the target temp. and pressure. The material inserting chamber 2 of hermetic structure and the material taking-out chamber 3 of hermetic structure are hermetically connected in pressure sealing state respectively with the upper and the lower ends of axial direction of the treatment chamber 1. Both the chambers 2, 3 are communicated or isolated with/from the treatment chamber 1 through opening and shutting valves 5a-5d of high pressure ball valves, and the material to be treated is continuously supplied or taken out in the same state of inner pressure in each chamber to be communicated. |
