| 摘要 |
The method for preparing DNA coding for antigen protein of rinderpest virus comprises : (a) extracting mRNA from rinderpest virus by the guanidium-cesium chloride method; (b) preparing cDNA library from mRNA by the use of H gene of subacute sclerosing parencephalitis (SSPE) as probe; (c) selecting cDNA coding target proteins from cDNA in cloning vector and screening by colonyhybridization method.
