The subject matter of the invention is the technology for producing waffle blocks which makes it possible to increase the output of systems for producing waffle blocks while eliminating defects and ensuring that essential hygienic conditions are met. The invention is characterised in that between the process of coating the waffle slabs with a layer of cream and the process of stacking the waffle blocks, the process of cleaning the layer of cream from the front edge is inserted, in such a way that the waffle slabs which are coated with cream are fed to the surface of the rotating cylinder by the front edge at an appropriate speed and an appropriate angle. The invention is to be used in the production of waffle blocks in confectionery companies. |
