<p>PURPOSE:To omit a power source line and a ground line by forming a switching element by a complementary constitution between adjacent control lines. CONSTITUTION:A switching element is formed by a complementary constitution between adjacent control lines. For instance, a switching element of a control line L1', and a switching element of an adjacent control line L2' are constituted of N channel MOS transistors M11N, M12N,..., and P channel MOS transistors M21P, M22P,..., respectively, therefore, the control line L1', and the control line L2' can be used as a ground line of low potential VSS of a source follower circuit, and as a power source line of high potential VDD of a source follower circuit of a control line L3', respectively. In this way, the ground line and the power source line can be used in common by the control line, and it becomes unnecessary to provide an exclusive power source line and ground line.</p> |
