PURPOSE:To easily know the color information of a designated position by having a means to convert an objective picture into a picture signal and a means to display the color information of the picture at the designated position of the objective picture. CONSTITUTION:The top of a liquid crystal display part 2' to display the respective types of information is covered with a transparent touch panel, and the respective types of setting are attained as well. When each key of a function classification key part 41 which can execute the respective types of the setting such as area designation, a zoom memory and color conversion is pushed, a touch panel display device displays the corresponding picture. In such a constitution, the color information of the picture at the designated position of the objective picture to be converted into the picture signal is displayed. Thus, the color information of the picture at the designated position can be easily known. |
