PURPOSE:To efficiently execute a processing without increasing memory cycles by temporarily interrupting an OR processing when the read/write of a memory is executed while the memory is being displayed, and executing the OR processing when the read/write of the memory is completed. CONSTITUTION:For the display and read/write R/W of a memory 1, when a time division processing at two cycles and the OR processing of a reduced picture are executed, the OR processing of the reduced picture is executed at the cycle which is not used when only the displaying is executed. When the OR processing is executed, and the request of the read/write of the memory 1 arrives, the OR processing is interrupted, and the display and the read/write R/W of the memory 1 is executed at the two cycles. Thus, since the processing is executed without increasing the memory cycles, the effective picture processing can be executed. |
