<p>The circuit has an inverter converting the DC power into the AC power having a variable voltage and frequency. The alternating current power is supplied to an induction motor so that a cage is operated by the motor in response to the energy saving operation command unit. The low speed command generating circuit generates a low speed command value lower than the speed command value which gradually changes in acceleration or deceleration.
