The present invention relates to an apparatus for generating crystals, intended especially to be employed aboard a spacecraft, comprising a leakproof container capable of receiving a substance to be crystallised and a device for distributing two liquids intended to control the crystallisation. According to the invention the distributing device (4) is noteworthy in that it comprises: - an enclosure divided into two chambers (6, 7) by a movable means of separation (8), each of the said chambers (6, 7) being intended to contain one of the said liquids, - means for feeding liquid (11, 13), connecting each of the said chambers (6, 7) to the said container (1), and - means for returning liquid (16), provided with pressure-sensitive means of closure (17,18), connecting the said container (1) to each of the said chambers (6, 7). <IMAGE> |
