<p>A combined support and side cover for electric motors, and for small permanent magnet d.c. units in particular, which is moulded in one piece from insulating plastic material and formed essentially as a flat disk (1) of which the inner surface (1a) affords, at least, a central socket (2) supporting the corresponding end of the rotor shaft (14), a set of holders for the brush contacts (16), and a number of posts (6) projecting perpendicularly from the periphery of the disk (1) between which the permanent magnet pole pieces (7) are supported.</p> |
