PURPOSE:To eliminate the generation of a lining layer, which is too much thicker than necessary, and perform a lining work efficiently and at low cost by a method wherein a thread line, which is enough thicker than the specified thread constituting a tubular woven fabric, is arranged onto a surface opposing to a pipe line and the thread line is joined to the tubular woven fabric very coarsely. CONSTITUTION:A lining material 1 is produced by forming a rubber or synthetic resin airtight layer 3 on the outer surface of a fiber layer 2, which has a tubular woven fabric 4. The tubular woven fabric 4 is tubular composed of warps 5 and woofs 6. As the warp 5, ordinary synthetic fiber thread is used. And as the woof 6, high stiffness fiber is used in the whole or a part of the woofs. In addition, inside the tubular woven fabric 4, thread lines 7, which are enough thicker than the woofs 6, are arranged peripherally and coarsely bondingly joined to the tubular woven fabric 4 with bondingly joining threads 8 so as to be integrally fixed to the tubular woven fabric 4. Accordingly, as the high stiffness threads are used only to portions, to which tensile force acts mostly, of the innermost part, so much thickness of the lining material is unnecessary. |
