<p>PURPOSE:To improve working efficiency by pressing the side plane of a bar shape body on the surface of which a titanic layer is formed or drying oil is applied on the back plane of a member in which a projecting part is formed on the surface as rotating, and forming the projecting part by deforming the member. CONSTITUTION:A notched part 7 is formed on the back plane of a part where it is necessary to form the projecting part 10, and the part where the projecting part 10 is formed is formed thinner than other parts. The side plane of a process pin 8 of bar shape whose cross-section is formed in polygonal shape, for example, N-polygon, and on the surface of which the titanic layer is formed is pressed on a thin part from a direction of arrow head A as rotating. And the thin part is deformed by the above pressing, then, the projecting part 10 is formed on the surface of a fixed cylinder 1. In such a way, the working efficiency can be improved.</p> |
