PURPOSE:To produce an Fe-base soft-magnetic alloy having high saturation magnetic flux density and superior soft-magnetic properties by preparing an alloy consisting of specific percentages of Fe, Ag, Mn, Si, etc., and containing fine crystalline grains under specific conditions. CONSTITUTION:An amorphous alloy foil of an alloy represented by Fe100-a-b-cMaM'bYc is prepared by liquesol quenching, etc., and subjected to heat treatment at a temp. in the range between the temp. lower than the crystal lization temp. of this alloy by about 50 deg.C and the temp. higher than the crystalli zation temp. of this alloy by about 120 deg.C for about 1min-10hr, by which the Fe-base soft-magnetic alloy having fine crystalline grains in which area ratio is regulated to >=30% and the grains of 50-300Angstrom grain size comprise >=80% is prepared. Further, in the above formula, M means >=at least one ore more elements selected from Ag, Au, Zn, Sn, Pb, Sb, and Bi, M' means >=at least one or more kinds selected from group IVa, Va, and VIa elements of the peri odic table or Mn, Ni, and Al, Y means >=at least one or more elements selected from Si, B, P, and C, and the symbols (a), (b), and (c) stand for, by atom, 0.01-5%, 0.1-10%, and 15-28%, respectively. |
