PURPOSE:To attain an appropriate equipment security which is attached importance to the realization of equipment reliability by diagnosing a maintenance state of various equipment apparatuses and offering a necessary security correspondence which is inferred, based on an expert's deciding procedure and knowledge from its result. CONSTITUTION:The recording contents of an information recorder 4 are calculated and processed by an information processor 3, based on a user's operation request, and a result of processing is outputted and displayed as a chart and character information by an information input/output device 2, based on a user's operation request. Also, as for a result of this information processing, based on the user's operation request, security supporting information of an inspection recommendation equipment, a recommendation reason, etc. based on an actual result of an equipment security state which is inferred and decided in a security recommendation equipment selecting device 5 is outputted and displayed as a chart and character information through the device 3 from the device 2, together with deciding procedure and deciding knowledge information of an equipment security state of an expert of design and security, which have been recorded in the device 4. Accordingly, by diagnosing an equipment state of a performance variation and a time aging deterioration of an equipment apparatus the constituting a plant, a necessary and appropriate security correspondence conforming to a realization can be performed from its result. |
