PURPOSE:To keep the synchronization of a time division multiple access frame of the entire network stably by arranging a reference earth station in a coverage of an exclusive spot beam different from that of a general earth station and constituting a switching pattern of a satellite switch by a pattern for information exchange and the synchronization control. CONSTITUTION:A reference earth station 113 is arranged in a coverage of an exclusive spot beam different from that of a general earth station 103, and the switching pattern of satellite switches 106, 107 applying the connection changeover between plural spot beams constituting an up-link and a down-link at a prescribed frame period connects the up-link sending a reference burst signal to the down-link to all general earth stations 103. Simultaneously, the general earth station receiving the reference burst signal connects each of the uplinks sending a transmission synchronizing control burst signal to the down- link to the reference earth station. As a result, the reference earth station is not affected by an interference wave from the general earth station. |
