SERUM-FREE CULTURING METHOD OF ZOOBLAST

PURPOSE:To make possible to perform serum-free culture of zooblast having adhesive dependence by using polysaccharide-coated liposome having cytotropy as a feeding source of nutrient and applying a culturing vessel made of special copolymer. CONSTITUTION:In mannan as a sort of naturally originated polysaccharide, one selected from one 4.0-5.0 primary alcohol group for every 100 monosaccharide of the mannan is substituted with aminoethyl carbonyl group, one a part or whole of said aminoethyl carbonyl group is substituted with cholesteryl oxycarbonyl group and one 1-60 phosphate group for every 100 monosaccharide is bonded with sugar is used to coat a liposome film. Then epithelium L-fibroblast of animal is cultured with said polysaccharide-coated liposome film as a nutrient and using a culturing vessel made of copolymer of polyhydroxy butylate and polyhydroxy valerate.
