<p>PURPOSE:To prevent a careless equipment operation due to a single trouble of a touch detecting device and to enhance the operability of an operator by arranging the plural touch detecting devices in different detecting systems on the screen of a picture display device, and providing an arithmetic device. CONSTITUTION:A resisting film system touch detecting device 15 is provided near a CRT 1 screen, a photoelectric system touch detecting device 16 is provided in front of it, and a prescribed video is displayed on the CRT 1 screen by a signal from a computer 19 and a display circuit 5. In such a case, the operator monitors the video through transparent polyester sheets 10a and 10b, and when he touches the part of the equipment to be operated on the CRT 1 screen with his finger as needed, optical beams are first interrupted by the device 16, next, resistance wires 10a and 10b of the device 15 are made to cross-contact. As a result, the signals are outputted from the devices 15 and 16, they are processed into coordinate position signals by control circuits 17 and 18, and a comparative operation is executed by the computer 19. When the comparison result is noncoincidence, since a driving instructing signal is not outputted, the careless equipment operation due to a single trouble can be prevented, and the operability of the operator can be enhanced.</p> |
