<p>PURPOSE:To easily take out a feeder cable from a cold cathode fluorescent lamp by arranging a side channel where the feeder cable lies on a holder and giving specified relations to the opening width of the side channel, the width of its bottom and the outer diameter of the feeder cable. CONSTITUTION:A feeder cable 13 from the right end portion of a cold cathode fluorescent lamp is bent, extended along a glass bulb 11 and laid down in a side channel 17 to be hooked. The feeder cables 13 and 14 are converged by means of a holder 15. The opening width A of the side channel 17, the width D of its bottom and the outer diameter d of the feeder cable 13 have the relation d/2<A<D<=d. When the opening width A of the side channel 17 is equal to or wider than the width D of its bottom, the feeder cable 13 departs from the side channel 17 and easily protrudes. Furthermore, when the width D of the bottom is larger than the outer diameter d of the feeder cable 13, there is a margin formed in the side channel 17 so that the feeder cable 13 is easily loosened. And also when the opening width A is smaller than the half of the outer diameter d, the feeder cable 13 is hardly installed in the side channel 17. By maintaining the relation, the feeder cable 13 is easily taken out from the cold cathode fluorescent lamp by attaching the holder 15 to the lamp and the deviation of the length of the product is kept small.</p> |
