At least one constant-current source circuit unit is used. When two are used, one of the units has a positive temp. coefft. and the other has a negative temp. coefft, and the output currents of the two units are combined by a current synthesizing circuit to realise any desired temp. characteristic. The output current of one of the units can be controlled by a threshold voltaghe characteteristic of a p-channel MOS transistor or a PNP-type transistor. The output current of the other unit is controlled by a threshold voltage characteristic of an N-channel MOS transistor or an NPN-type trnasistor.
