PURPOSE:To confirm the schedules related with each other all at once by using a schedule data retrieving means to retrieve the schedule data having a key word. CONSTITUTION:A schedule data retrieving means 104 decides the presence/ absence of a key word that is inputted via a key input means 100 set in the schedule data stored in a schedule data memory means 102 and stored in a key word memory means 103. Then the means 104 refers to the key word to retrieve the schedule data having a key word. A reading means 105 reads the retrieved schedule data out of the means 102 and sends it to an output control means 106. The means 106 outputs all received data to an output means 101 all at once. Thus it is possible to confirm a series of schedule data including an input key word all at once.
