As the inorganic acids, sulfuric acid, phosphoric acid, and nitric acid, etc., are used. As the organic acids, for example, ordinary various sulfonic acids, sulfin acids, carboxylic acids, and their various substituted derivatives, etc., are used. In case the ionic conductor is a proton conductor, an inorganic/organic acid capable of emitting proton constituting the carrier ion is used.
