摘要

PURPOSE:To industrially advantageously the subject compound without amino acid of by-product by cultivating transformant of microorganism belonging to Providencia containing recombinant plasmid containing gene conducting production of L-threonine and collecting resultant material in the culturing solution. CONSTITUTION:A transformant of microorganism belonging to Providencia containing a recombinent plasmid recombinated by a DNA fragment containing a gene conducting production of L-threonine originated to a microorganism belonging to Providencia and having resistance to L-threonine analog and L- isoleucine analog [e.g., Providencia rettgeri ATCC21118 (FERM-P 8475), etc.] and L-threonine generated and accumulated in the culturing solution is collected to afford the aimed compound.
