PURPOSE:To perform simultaneous machining and to enable a mass production of high accuracy and efficient by arranging plural laser heads at a fixing side and providing a driving means in X and Y directions on the table fitted with the plural works correspond to the laser head. CONSTITUTION:Four works W are set on a table 9 by aligning the arrangement intervals of 1st-4th laser heads 21a-21d and fixed adequately by a fitting, etc. On completion of the setting NC data are given to the servomotors in Z axial direction an X, Y axial directions by an NC control device D, the outgoing control of a laser beam is performed as well and the working of the work W is progressed. Namely, the laser heads 21a-21d are set at the work position by approaching to the work W of the table 9 above by the Z axial control, the table 9 is two dimensionally driven by the X and Y axial control as well and a laser beam (a) irradiates on each work W with performing the movement corresponding to the specified working shape. |
