PURPOSE:To improve fixing capacity at low temp. and offset resistance of a toner for developing electrostatic image by incorporating a specified alkylenebis fatty acidamide wax into an electrostatic image developing toner compsn. CONSTITUTION:A binder resin contg. a copolymer consisting of 40-99wt.% amorphous polymer block constituted of a polyester contg. 1-50mol.% polyfunctional monomer component having >=3 functionality, and 1-60wt.% crystalline polymer block constituted of polyester, and alkylenebis fatty acidamide wax expressed by the formula I are incorporated into an electrostatic image developer compsn. In the formula I, each R1 and R2 is a satd. or unsatd. >=10 C aliphatic hydrocarbon group; each R3 and R4 is an H atom or an -OCR5 group (R5 is a satd. or unsatd. aliphatic hydrocarbon group); n is a positive integer. Thus, an electrostatic developing toner having sufficiently high fixing capacity and high offset resistance is obtd. |
