<p>PURPOSE:To realize the input of a pattern larger than the coordinate input range of a tablet by fixing a slip in a single state and other states on the table together with input of at least two fixed points on the slip to obtain the relation of coordinate values between the single state and another state from the relation of coordinate values between both fixed points and converting the coordinate value based on said relation. CONSTITUTION:A slip is fixed in a single state to a tablet (a) and the position of at least two fixed points on the slip are inputted by a position indicator (b). Thus a 1st coordinate value related to the fixed point is detected by a position detecting circuit (c) and stored in a 1st storage means (d). Hereafter the same operation is carried out after the change of the slip position. Then a coordinate value conversion means (f) obtains the relation of coordinate values between the single state and another state from the 1st and 2nd coordinate values. In other words, the coordinate value of a pattern, etc., obtained after the shift of the slip is converted into the coordinate value of the pattern, etc., obtained before the shift of the slip. Thus the input is possible for a pattern, etc., larger than the coordinate input range of the table (a).</p> |
