PURPOSE:To collect dust generated from a hand itself to a specified position and prevent the environment from degradation by furnishing an air chamber outside a guide bearing, and forming in this air chamber an insert hole, through which a piston penetrates with micro-gaps reserved, and a suction port for vacuum suction. CONSTITUTION:An air chamber 14 installed outside a guide bearing 24 is vacuum attracted by a vacuum pump. Eventually produced dust in this condition due to meshing of a pinion 21 with racks (piston) 22, 23 and dust due to their slide with the guide bearing 24 are attracted into the air chamber 14. The attracted dust is sent to a vacuum pump through a tube 13 and collected. |
