<p>PURPOSE:To improve the pattern accuracy of each color element layer and to obtain the color filter which has neither color absence nor an overlap between respective color elements by making a base material itself an intaglio printing and forming respective color element layers directly on the surface of the base material at specific interval without transferring ink. CONSTITUTION:A stage wherein recessed parts 15 as image line parts are formed in the top surface of the base material 13 for the color filter to obtain an intaglio printing a stage wherein the color ink 17 is applied in the recessed parts 15 of the base material 13 to form the color element layers 19 on the base material 13 at specific intervals, and a stage wherein the color element layers 19 formed on the base materials 13 are dried and set is repeated. Namely, the recessed parts 15 which form the image line parts are formed in the base material 13 in the base material working stage and the color ink 17 are charged only in the recessed parts 15 of the base materials 13 in the ink applying stage to form the color element layers 19 directly on the base material 13 at the specific intervals. Consequently, the pattern accuracy of the respec tive element layers 19 is high, and there is neither white absence nor an overlap be tween the respective element layers 19, thereby obtaining the color filter with high transmissivity.</p> |
