<p>PURPOSE: To generate a high unit load between a valve disc and a valve seat so as to provide an excellent sealing function by inserting a compressible shock absorber between the valve disc and a disc holder. CONSTITUTION: This safety valve is provided with a valve body 12 having a discharge port and a nozzle assembly 21. An annular valve seat 27 is formed around an opening 26 of the nozzle assembly 21. A valve disc 34 is arranged below a disc holder 29 constituting the valve body 12. A compressible shock absorbing means 56 is inserted and arranged between the valve disc 34 and the disc holder 29. The shock absorbing means 56 functions so as to reduce shock force generated in a collision between the valve disc 34 and the valve seat 27.</p> |
