<p>PURPOSE:To reduce power consumption by transferring information between an information processing circuit and a register part for storing information from a state where the information just before the halt of an information processor is provided at the register for storing information when the information processor is shifted from an active state to an inactive state, then, to the active state. CONSTITUTION:In case of shifting the state of the information processor from the active state to the inactive state, then, to the active state, a function to perform the transfer of the information between the information processing circuit A and the register part B for storing information from the state where the information processor is provided with the information just before the halt of the information processor at the register part B for storing information can be obtained. In other words, no operating power source is supplied from a main power source 5 to the information processing circuit A in the inactive period of the information processor.
