PURPOSE:To attain a quick curing of a photo-curing adhesive by arranging an ultraviolet light source below a light-transmitting and gas-permeable conveyer belt and also by installing nozzles for supplying an inert gas into an inner room equipped with the conveyer belt. CONSTITUTION:An apparatus is constituted of an outer room 10 equipped with an ultraviolet lamp 31 and an inner room 11, which is adjacent to the outer room 10, partitioned by an ultraviolet-ray transmitting plate 30 and wherein a conveyer belt 13 is installed. The conveyer belt 13 is made of a light- transmitting and gas-permeable material, an ultraviolet light source 50 is arranged below the conveyer belt 13 and nozzles 23-25, which eject an inert gas from the bottom side to the upper side of the going forth conveyer 13, are also arranged.
