PURPOSE:To prevent welding parts from being separated, by folding a laminate material in the direction, wherein the folding parts are placed inwards, along the transverse direction center line, and welding the outside mutual portion of the folding parts. CONSTITUTION:As a laminate material 10 is folded along the transverse direction center line 16 in order that the folding parts 15 are placed inwards, the outside materials 12 face each other in the folding parts 15. The outside both surfaces of the folding parts 15 of the folded laminate material 10 is held by means of welding pole plates 17 such as angular rod-shaped seal bars, ultrasonic oscillating rods and the like. In this case, a mold separating agent is applied to the surfaces of the surfaces of the welding pole plates 17 in contact with the laminate material 10. And, as the outside of the laminate material 10 folded with the folding part parts 15 by the welding pole plates 17 is heated in the temperature range between the fusing point or less of the inside material 11 and the fusing point or more of the outside material 12 which is lower fusing point than that of the inside material 11, the outside materials 12 of the folding parts 15 are melted and integrated with each other, as a result, the left and right folding parts 15 are welded throughout respective lengths, thereby manufacturing a bag 18. |
