发明名称 SHAFT JOINT CONSTRUCTION OF SYNTHETIC RESIN ROTOR
摘要 PURPOSE:To enhance combining strength of a rotor and its shaft to each other by forming a metal tubular body having the press fitting portion of the shaft as a sintered body the vaporization rate of which is specific, by the use of sintered material. CONSTITUTION:A water pump impeller 1, which is a synthetic resin rotor, is manufactured by the injection molding of polyamide resin. A metal layer tubular body 2 is inserted at the injection molding of synthetic resin and fixed to each other. Sintered material of iron-copper series, iron-carbon-copper series, or iron-carbon-copper-nickel series is used to form this tubular body 2 as a sintered body the vaporization rate of which is 10-20%. The rotor and its shaft have thereby sufficient combining strength to each other and joint construction with good assembly operability is provided in light weight and at a low cost.
