The device includes an intermediary chamber (13), with a sieve, and a weighing enclosure (14), connected through a conduit (21) to an extraction component (16), placed at the input of a processing installation (12). During the first phase of the process the valve (V6) placed on a conduit (22) between the chamber and weighing enclosure, is closed. Material from the silo fills in the chamber until the pressure inthe two containers is equal. The time required to fill the cahmber is 1/10th of the whole working circle. During a second phase the communication between the silo and chamber is cut off, while the valve is open, allowing equilibrium of the pressures in the chamber and weighing enclosure, the latter being associated with scales (15) which measures the losses of powder during its transfer. ADVANTAGE - Provides dosage when pressure at storing silo level is different from that at extraction level.
