PURPOSE:To accomplish the title engagement excellent in heat resistance, so as not to mutually fuse SiC ceramics, by limiting the amount of metallic impurities in the sintered compacts. CONSTITUTION:When SiC ceramics (1) and (2) are mutually engaged, such SiC ceramics <=0.2wt% in the metallic impurities as a whole in the sintered compacts are used. |
