发明名称 CONTINUOUS MANUFACTURE OF LAMINATE
摘要 <p>PURPOSE:To obtain a laminate whose resin content is low, by a method wherein at the time of molding of a laminate through heating and pressurization by making use of a double belt press, an impregnating resin solution becomes apt to flow with pulsation pressurization, the impregnating resin solution within a base material and among the base materials is caused to flow and far more of the same is removed. CONSTITUTION:A resin-impregnated laminated body 1 obtained by superposing a plurality of sheets of resin-solution-impregnated base material upon each other moves between a pair of top and bottom endless belts 3, 3 driven with endless belt driving drums 2, 2 and comes out by turning into a laminate 6 while it is being heated and pressurized respectively in heating furnaces 4, 4 and between several pairs of pressurizing rollers 5, 5. When the laminate 6 is pressurized by placing between a pair of rollers 5, 5 from inward of a loop of the belts each, in the same positions as the pair of top and bottom belts 3, 3, an arbitrary point of the resin-impregnated laminated body which is being moved is pressurized temporarily and becomes pulsating pressurization. Since an unnecessary part out of the resin stuck to the base material through impregnation becomes removable through a flow, resin content also between the base materials is little, therefore, laminate whose thermal rigidity also is improved is obtained.</p>
