The marker includes a vertical post (2) with square cross-section and comprising two parts (2a, 2b) coupled by a hinge that allows folding. The two parts are blocked in vertical position by a sliding sleeve (3) coming to rest on a stopper (4) provided on the lower half of the post. The post continues with a horizontal base (5) having also rectangular section. A handle (6) is provided at the top of the post for holding the marker. A graduate plate, receiving the laser beam (7), is attached to a mobile ring (8) which slides along a ruler (10) fixed on the lower half of the post. ADVANTAGE - Ensures perfect verticality and is easy to store or transport.
