<p>PURPOSE:To prevent the malfunction of a built-in temperature fuse, by filling polyester resin compound into the bottom of a ship-shaped case, and filling asphalt compound into the remaining upper part of the case. CONSTITUTION:A ballast mainbody, in which a temperature fuse 4 is arranged in the vicinity of a coil 2 in the bottom of a ship-shaped case 8, is accommodated in the ship-shaped case 8, and first cold-setting polyester resin compound 6 is filled. Its amount is slightly lower than the leading-out part of a lead wire 5, and higher than the half of the ship-shaped case 8. After the firstly filled polyester resin compound 6 has set, the remaining part is filled with heat softening asphalt compound 7. Since the distance between the asphalt compound 7 and the temperature fuse 4 is kept, the malfunction of the temperature fuse 4 is prevented when the compound is filled. Further, since the compound is rapidly cooled, it is prevented from flowing out toward the outside through a gap of leading-out part of the lead wire 5.</p> |
