PURPOSE:To eliminate an electric shock in a system under an unservice condition by providing a means to oppositely switch and connect a fixed socket and a movable plug to an electric circuit while interlocking with the projection and retreat of the movable plug even if electricity is being charged by using one of the fixed socket and the movable plug. CONSTITUTION:When a movable plug 9 is not used, an operating button 28 is at the right side of a projection 33 on the upper face of a cover plate 26, prevents a projection movement of a plug blade 21 by abutting so that an insertion port of a fixed socket is opened. When the movable plug 9 is used, it pushes a button 28 in against a spring 32 to disengage its engagement with the projection 33 and moves the button 28 to the left, and is engaged to the left side of the projection 33 so that a blade 21 is prevented from a back and in. A plug cover 24 is energized in a normally closed direction by a spring 25, and a retreat port 23 for the projection and retreat of the blade 21 is made to open by a finger in advance of use. A movable terminal block 34 moves together with the plug 9 and a movable terminal 39 on the lower face comes into contact with two circuits 40, 41 on a plug substrate 18 to selectively connect the movable plug 8 or the fixed socket 9 to an electric circuit 5. Resultantly, while one of the movable plug 8 and the fixed socket 9 is in use, no electric shock occurs in the unservice system of the other. |
